Refund & Return Policy

Due to the customised nature of all of the products we produce at GoDoggyUK, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

Please do contact us if you're unhappy with your art product or have any problems with it. As a family business, customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always try our best to go that extra mile.

If you received the wrong product, or incorrect size, or incorrect print, or your product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach photos of the product received. Then we will issue you a replacement.

We accept all cancellation requests made within 2 hours of placing the order, no questions asked.

Any cancellation request sent after the 2 hour window will be accepted at our discretion. If accepted, you will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. The reason for this is that our artists begin work as soon as you have placed your order.

Orders that have been sent to print cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Please be aware that if you attach low quality photos you will result in low quality artwork. Always follow our Photo guide. We cannot offer any solution if you ignore our recommendations.
